Our coffee is grown under the dense shade of native trees in small Malnad estates, where rain, mist and rich red soil shape every cherry. Beans are hand-picked at peak ripeness, slowly dried on clean yards and carefully sorted by hand.
Each batch is roasted in tiny drums, never mass-produced. We tune the roast to the Malnad climate, cup every batch ourselves, and grind to suit the classic South Indian filter – bold body, gentle bitterness and a warm, lingering finish in every tumbler.
